Our Growing Team
Madeleine Brown
Level Up EFC Founder, Executive Function Coach
Madeleine is a learning specialist and executive function coach, and she has worked for fifteen years in the education and coaching space. She works with folks who struggle with academic, professional, and personal performance due to executive dysfunction perhaps because of ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, mental health disorders, or season of life.
She helps folks of all ages reduce overwhelm, beat procrastination, increase self-esteem, and improve relationships by helping them discover their tools to reach their goals.
She grew up along the Wasatch Mountains in Utah, and she miss them (especially in the fall) and her family, but she and her husband sure do love living in San Diego where they don’t go more than a week without eating a taco and we get to see the ocean every day.
When she’s not busy coaching or working on her business, you can find her trying new restaurants, dabbling in photography, singing in a choir, serving in the refugee community, hosting gatherings, and trying to be the favorite auntie.
Addie Hulme
Associate Executive Function Coach
Addie has six years of teaching and coaching experience with children and young adults, helping them strengthen skills like organization, planning, and emotional regulation. She worked as a coach and mentor in residential treatment centers, supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, and executive functioning challenges.
Before joining Level Up, Addie taught fourth grade, where she designed lessons to help students manage frustration, organize their materials, and build social skills. This grew into a schoolwide social-emotional curriculum that reduced behavior incidents and gave teachers practical tools to support their students. Since then, she has gone on to design SEL curricula for several other organizations. Addie specializes in helping kids and teens break down complex tasks, develop confidence, and discover strategies that truly work for them.
Level Up Executive Function Coaching is looking for compassionate, neurodivergent-affirming associate executive function coaches (part time, in person in San Diego). If you're passionate about helping kids, teens, and adults thrive, we’d love to hear from you. Email coach@levelupefc.com if you’re interested!
