Location
We offer sessions virtually via Zoom and in person at our office in San Diego at 4241 Jutland Dr., Suite 315, right by the Costco on Morena Blvd. The office has a productivity space called The Hub, which is available to clients and to caregivers while a child is in a session.
One-off in-home sessions with Madeleine are available in the San Diego area when it’s beneficial to be in the home for specific projects or activities, and those sessions typically take place on Saturdays. (Travel fee: $20-$40, based on location.)
Rates & Fees
Coaching sessions: $150/hour
One-time onboarding fee: $85
We are committed to making our services accessible and are willing to discuss adjusted rates for individual needs.
Monthly invoices are emailed at the end of each month. Bank transfers have no fee, and credit card payments have a 3% processing fee. Payment is due by the 5th of each month. Late payments may incur an additional fee of $10 per day.
Because executive function coaching doesn’t have any licensure programs and aren’t deemed “medically necessary,” insurance companies won’t cover our services.
If you are part of the Self-Determination Program (SDP) through your regional center, you can ask for approval to use your funds for EF coaching.
Session Length & Frequency
Sessions are usually available Monday–Friday 10 a.m. through 7 p.m. Late afternoon and early evening slots are generally reserved for traditional K-12 students, but there is some flexibility. Most clients begin with 50-minute sessions every week or every other week. Session frequency and length are tailored to your goals, bandwidth, budget, and my availability. As you make progress, we may recommend shorter (25-minute) or less frequent sessions to foster independence.
Late Cancelation & No-show Policy
If a client does not attend a scheduled Zoom session, your coach will send a text after 10 minutes and log off after 20 minutes before considering it a no-show. If a client is more than 20 minutes late to an in-person session, the coach may leave the office. Each client gets one freebie no-show or late cancelation (less than 24 hours in advance) January–June and another freebie July–December. Subsequent late cancelations or no-shows will incur the full session fee unless exceptional circumstances apply.
